Privacy policy
Effective date:Â 10.06.24Â
General
Your safety online is important to me who runs respira AS. The provision of personal data is therefore voluntary.
If you take part in a course with me, I will have to store some data about you in order for you to be able to complete the course. The information I store is processed in accordance with the Personal Protection Act and is deleted after the purpose of storage and processing has ended. This means that when the course you are participating in is over, I delete data about you, unless you want me to keep it for the next round of the course.
I do not sell your information to anyone. But I will add you to an email list so I can send you information about the next course or book.
Like all players online, I relate to cookies - or cake crumbs if you like. These are small files that are saved in your browser automatically and help the browser with various tasks, such as remembering URL addresses, auto-filling forms and the like.
Our third-party actors are as follows:
Kajabi
Kajabi is my main tool, and is the platform you're on right now. Your email address is saved here so you can participate in the course and I can send you updates.
Read about Kajabi's privacy policy here.
Stripe
Stripe is my payment processor, so when you pay for a course, Stripe processes your data. With me, the information is then stored until the payment has gone through.

Your rights
The Privacy Act is your law. It is the law that protects your personal data and information.
Your right to privacy is written down in the form of a bundle of rights that companies have a duty to facilitate.
The most important are:
The right of access
You have the right at any time to request access to what information a company has stored about you.
The right to correction
You have the right to correct information stored about you if you believe it gives a dishonest or incorrect picture of you as a person.
The right to erasure
You have the right at any time to ask the company to delete information about you, if the purpose of the storage has expired or you believe they have obtained the information without your consent.
All companies are obliged to comply with users' rights, unless it will affect national security or an ongoing court case.
The information must be provided to you in an accessible format and within 14 working days (with some exceptions) of requests.
In the event of a request for deletion, the company is obliged to notify any third parties who have also stored the information.
